Worthington homes for sale… is it a buyers market?

The graph shows inventory for the Worthington City School District. Seven months or more of inventory is considered a buyers market.*  The graph shows single family homes for sale for the past 15 months.  With 7.2 months Worthington schools is a buyers market now… not as much inventory (homes for sale) as other  Central Ohio markets but there is a lot of inventory in comparison to previous months.  Buyers have Worthington homes to choose from.
