I don’t have a problem with the Zestimates being highly innacurate… I’ve been over that since reading Joel Z’s post about how brilliant it was for Real Living to have put Zestimates on their sites back in the fall of 2006… although I still love to say “Unzillowable” the word that Sellsius real estate blog coined.

I set up a Zillow account this afternoon. If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. No choice is there if the company is sending Zillow all the listings is there?

We’re thrilled to have Real Living on board and feeding their listings in bulk to Zillow. This initiative greatly simplifies things for Real Living agents that had been manually posting listings to the site.

I obviously can’t talk for Real Living but I do want to mention that this story drives home an important lesson for real estate pro’s. You don’t have to love Zestimates to love Zillow. Regardless of your opinion of Zestimate accuracy, you should be taking advantage of Zillow to market your clients’ listings.
