The graph shows single family home sales and inventory in the Olentangy Local School District for the past 15 months. Home sales were Up 60.7% year over year in April 2010. Home sales in Olentangy schools were up 60.7 % from April 2009. The red line is pending sales (not closed yet) those were down 43% from a year ago. I believe that will change, I believe the sales are turned in to late for Trendgraphix to pick them up. I seldom pay attention to that line but because of the homebuyer tax credits ending Aprl 30, 2010 I left the red line in this month.
