Concern that the bath tub had been stolen…

by Maureen McCabe on January 23, 2011

At open house, nice young woman told me she was disappointed the house had three bathrooms and no bath tub.  I ran upstairs to be sure no one had made off with the tub.

It is there.

Relieved!!!!

Kitchen sink….plumbing, AC unit …  all here.

I had to read this when I saw the title. Glad you found it safe & sound.

I was just in an old home in NY…new buyer moving into it in March. In 3rd floor attic there is a very old and heavy tub there. We have a hunch someone got lazy and didn’t want to carry that heavy thing out. I have a hunch the current owners will leave that one behind.

Debbie,

I only get spam on this blog so I moderate new comments and forget to come and check.

Relief the tub was there for me.

Tub in the attic, I hope the buyer does not make them remove it after closing at possession. I prefer to say “the Florida room was built around the couch, thus it stays” or the “file cabinet in the basement is too big to get out” in the contract.

Thanks for stopping by. It is so refreshing I think the others commenting are all bots.
