I hate to be an alarmist but there is not a lot in the local market to encourage a home owner to sell a house on their own now is there?

Inventory is still high. We are going into the fall.
Financing is challenging.
Yet you see a lot of it, homes ‘For Sale By Owner.’
Because they have no equity?

Whatever you did in the email box looked like spam to the blog. Giving your email address on a blog does not sign you up for anything. Whatever you put in there made the spam filter toss you in with all kinds of unsavory stuff. Icky stuff. Worse than cheesy stuff.
