2013 BIA Parade of Homes: Jerome Village

Jerome Village was announced last week as the 2013 BIA Parade of Homes site.

View Larger MapLast week as the 2012 BIA Parade of Homes at the Meadows at Lewis Center was drawing to a close the BIA announced next years site, Jerome Village.  Jerome Village will be a big development.  Big like Muirfield was. Is.  Big like New Albany was. Is.

Jerome Village is Dublin schools and a Plain City mailing address.

Jerome Village joins recent BIA Parade of Homes neighborhoods:

• 2012 BIA Parade of Homes – the Meadows at Lewis Center

• 2011 BIA Parade of Homes – Olentangy Falls

• 2010 BIA Parade of Homes – Ackerly Park (New Albany)

• 2009 BIA Parade of Homes – Tartan Ridge (Dublin schools)

Nationwide Realty Investors is the developer of Jerome Village.  The website for the central Ohio development is phenomenal.

I never wrote about Ackerly Park on ColumbusBestBlog.com?  I have a photo of the New England Homes model at Ackerly Park, that is the brick house shown here.  That was my least favorite New England Homes “Parade” house.  It looks more like New Albany and less like New England Homes to me.  I have become aware of confusion in some people’s minds about the 2010 BIA Parade of Homes, New England entry and another home.  As part of the Real Living HER Builder Developer Division I work with New England Homes.
