I was wondering if the store on 530 N. High is going to be available for lease. I'm looking for a restaurant-ready or -near ready space to open a sit-down restaurant and the one Starbucks is currently in is the most ideal. Any idea or leads on this is much appreciated.

Yes, I think they are a victim of their own success. It is an area people always say they can cut their budget if they take out the$3/coffee they spend each day.

I had to get ice for a fundraiser at McD's this last week for 4 days right about 8 am and I was shocked at the number of people who get breakfast there now. I had NO idea.

Wonder where you get the list Mo of closings for SB? I'd like to find out about Ann arbor.

I have not paid that much attention. I know some cities there are so many they are right on top of one another. Downtown Columbus there are three very close.

None closing in Cleveland or Cinci.

The State Street location is the one that we visited a number of times last summer.

It seems to be a classic case of a company expanding too much, too fast. Of course the economic downturn is probably the main culprit. We were mourning in the office that the Westerville State Street location right around the corner is closing.
