The King lives on in Central Ohio

The King of Rock and Roll lives on in Central Ohio and beyond because of Mike Albert and his tribute to Elvis.

Mike Albert’s Ultimate Elvis Tribute

Today is the anniversary of the Death of the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley.  I know it cause I just read it on Twitter… thanks to  RochesterREGuy… Steve Babbit a real estate agent in Rochester New York tweeted:

The King of Rock ‘n Roll , Elvis Presley, died today in 1977

I first saw Mike Albert at a Columbus Board of REALTORS® function years ago.  Mike is a real estate agent and auctioneer.  I went to an auction in Upper Arlington last year that he conducted.  I told my client, he is an Elvis impersonator.   I am not sure she believed me.

Local performances by Mike Albert and the Big “E” Band are part of  ’365 Things to do in Columbus Ohio.’

Sadly for Central Ohio, the schedule on his website shows Mike Albert is away from Columbus more than he’s around.   The Ultimate Elvis impersonator is performing in Canal Winchester in September….   There is a February 2011 event at the Aladdin Shrine Center.  Keep your eye out for local performances by Elvis… I mean Mike Albert and the Big “E” Band.  Long live the King of Rock and Roll in Central Ohio.
