Franklin County Dog Shelter

by Maureen McCabe on November 2, 2007

This Sunday, November 4, 2007  is the Franklin County Dog Shelter’s “Mingle With Our Mutts” at the shelter on Alumn Creek Drive.

The Franklin County Dog Shelter

The ‘Mingle With Our Mutts’ page on the dog shelter site says:

”Mingle is the best place to look for your new best friend!”

Mingle With Our Mutts is the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month.  The Franklin County Dog Shelter is located at 1731 Alum Creek, Columbus, OH 43207

I have links to other Central Ohio animal shelters and rescue groups on my Columbus K9 page    on my Real Living HER website, MaureenMcCabe.com.  My dog was adopted from the Capital Area Humane Society.

We got our second dog from the shelter and thought she was mostly german shepherd but she fooled us and turned out to be mostly Australian Shepherd. She was a puppy and we got her the day before she was sheduled to be put down. We named her Venus because she loves everyone and has been a great addition to the family. Adpting is a good thing.
