Dublin announced the honorary chairman of the 2010 Dublin Irish Festival today. The honorary chairman of the Dublin Irish Festival is Bob Evans President and Chief Concept Officer Randy Hicks.
The Dublin Irish Festival is August 6, 7 & 8 , 2010.

Why not invite The New Barleycorn–they are a very popular Irish band in Cleveland and perform in many places in the US and Ireland.
I am not sure DIF invites… how they line up the bands.
