“Best Legs in Kilt” is an award in Dublin, Ohio.
Garth Bishop won “Best Legs in Kilt” according to the signs in the Dublin, Ohio St. Patrick’s Day Parade Saturday.
Thursday March 7, 2013 was the ’4th Annual Best Legs in Kilt’ at Brazenhead in Dublin. Ha’penny Bridge Imports of Ireland sponsors the competition. The Dublin, Ohio store offers a selection of Irish and Celtic merchandise. The store is at 75 South High Street in Dublin. The Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Parade goes right by the shop every year.
Best back of the head photo? Sorry… he was sitting on the curb before the parade… but needed to stand in the street toward the end of the parade. At the corner of Bridge Street and High Street there were green fences to keep the kids from darting into the street. There were no fences or barricades this far south on High Street in Dublin.

Dublin Irish Festival 2013
More than just another opportunity to see men in kilts, the Dublin Irish Festival is August 2, 3 and 4th, 2013. The music line-up at the Dublin Irish Festival in August includes Celtic rock, traditional music and folk music. The 2013 performers include:

Another opportunity to see men in kilts, this time competing in sport, the Highland Heavyweight Games will be Saturday August 3, 2013 at the Dublin Irish Festival. “Back by popular demand” according to the Dublin, Ohio’s festivals website:
“Join us on Saturday, Aug. 3 for the Men and Women’s Amateur and Men’s Master Class competitions when Highland events such as the caber toss, stone put, weight throw, weight over bar, sheaf toss and hammer toss are featured in this demonstration of Celtic proportions.”
