#36 37 of ’365 Things To Do In Columbus Ohio’ - a walk in the park – Flint Park. The City of Columbus park is north of 270 in Columbus Far North, north east of the intersection of Flint Road and Park Road.
I forget this is a City of Columbus Park partly because I believe the school on it… is owned by the Worthington City School District so I think it should be a Worthington Park although it is in the City of Columbus.
Can you see the old school in the background? I went and took pictures of the old vacant, boarded up Sharon Township School a few weeks ago. Not sure why. I have never done anything with those photos.
Flint Park is a popular park with dog walkers. It’s not a huge park but it is bigger than it looks. There is a 1/3 mile asphalt loop…
There’s a playground and a picnic shelter at Flint Park too.
