Dublin schools

Dublin schools or more formally the Dublin City School District is #15  of ’365 Places to live in Columbus.’

School district boundaries were set in the 1950s, long before much of  the land in the Dublin school district and other suburban school districts was developed.

Dublin City School District

Recently the Columbus school board voted to continue the Win- Win agreement for another six years. The Win-Win agreement and the suburbba school districts with City of Columbus residents within their school boundadaries is unique, I believe…

So #15  of  ’365 Places to Live in Columbus’ is Dublin Schools, which was awarded a grade of “Excellent with Distinction” by the State of Ohio for to e 2008 -2009 school year… The Ohio schools grades just came out at the beginning of this school year.

I lived in a home in the Dublin school district in the City of Columbus  in the 1990′s when there was a “Win-Win scare”  media and people saying the Dublin Schools in the city of Columbus could become part of the much larger City of Columbus City School District if Win-Win was not continued.   That was the first I had ever heard of the Win – Win agreement.

School District information on my website Maureen McCabe.com for the Dublin school district as well as others.  Selected  Central Ohio public schools.  Selected because they are in northern Franklin County or southern Delaware County.

To me school districts are places to live in Central Ohio…  big , big places to live made up of lots of neighborhoods which may or may not be part of a suburban municipality.
