No matter. Our inventory is pretty high in some areas. Most of Central Ohio is a buyers market, there are pockets that are doing better. The local paper identified three markets as having "prices slide" recently but at least two of the three are at a point that prices should start going up again soon because inventories are getting low. That could change though of course. There are suburbs / areas with 20 months supply of inventory in our Columbus Ohio market. Thanks for the comment Wayne. We do as well although our inventory seems to be building more than the inventory in Ohio. We are in a buyers market here but most sellers still have not accepted that fact!
