Central Ohio’s Best Schools get a grade of  ‘Excellent with Distinction.’   Worthington? The signs that have been around at least since the 1990′s (see the part about “today  &  the 21st Century)  says “Worthington Schools in one of Ohio’s Best Communities.”

Grades are out for the 2010 – 2011 school year.

Worthington got a grade of Excellent.

Hilliard, Dublin, Westerville, Upper Arlington, Olentangy Schools… received designations of ‘Excellent with Distinction.’  The highest designation is ‘Excellent with Distinction.’ The Columbus City School District received the ‘Continuous Improvement’ designation from the state.

Those are the grades for the school districts.  You can look at the designations for a particular school building as well.  Report Cards -(Interactive Local Report Cards) on the Ohio Department of Education website.
