Central Ohio Trick or Treat 2010 is Thursday October 28, 2010 unless it is NOT.

Thursday, October 28, 2010 is Beggars Night or ‘Trick or Treat’ in Columbus. Officially.
In Brown Township, City of Columbus, Concord Township, Dublin, Gahanna, Hilliard, New Albany, Shawnee Hills, Upper Arlington and Westerville, ‘Trick or Treat’ is Thursday.
Sunday, October 31, 2010 is ‘Trick or Treat ‘ in Grandview Heights, Lewis Center, Orange Township, Upper Arlington and Worthington 
According to MORPC, Beggars Night is supposed to be Thursday… The Columbus Dispatch said so in early 2009.
