It is a shame that the Polaris, Dublin and Linworth Hoggy’s have closed, but the original one in New Albany and their catering business remain strong and open. At least this creates an opportunity for a new restaurant to take over their retail space. The business assets and all for sale and the spaces are for lease. Commercial property management is in place at each property and will continue to manage the shopping centers or buildings that they leased. These are all in great locations if you know anyone that wants to start a restaurant, they are ready to walk in, turn the lights on and start selling food.

The original Hoggy’s is the hole in the wall in Linworth. It opened a few years before the New Albany / Gahanna location. Linworth closed and then re-opened in the same location. The original (Linworth) was opened in the early 90s a few years before the New Albany / Gahanna location.

The Grandview Heights location is closing too.

Was there a Dublin location?

Polaris, Linworth, Grandview Heights locations are closing as well as locations outside Columbus. Catering is staying open too.
