No?  That’s OK.

I like Pinterest.  No, Pinterest does not take a lot of time.

Or should not take a lot of time.

Pinterest is book marking.

Yes, you are Pinteresting?

If I may ask, are you addicted?    Do you think Pinterest is the next big thing?   What do they say, something like

“if Stumble Upon and Flickr had a baby it would be Pinterest?”

Or

“if Stumble Upon and Picasa had a baby it would be Pinterest?”

Or

“if Stumble Upon and Photobucket (?)  had a baby it would be Pinterest?”

I think someone shared that very message in a graphic form and I  “Re-Pinned” it.  I probably pinned it on my “funny” Board on Pinterest.

I never did Farmville, or Mafia Wars on Facebook.  I don’t play Angry Birds, Words with Friends  or any game on my cell phone…  or computer.  I never have.  I like games.  I like board games.  Bananagrams, Trivial Pursuit, I used to love Monopoly.

I remember when I was addicted to…  hmmm the name escapes me.  A game about “Klout” but it is not Klout….  Most of the big winners there seem to be gaming the system… what is that site?  I had to limit myself to looking at it once a day, when I was addicted to it.  Now I go weeks at a time without revisiting that site. The  name will come to me.  It took more time than Pinterest (it is nothing like Pinterest) you bought and sold people.  It is a stock market kind of game.   You get value based on interaction on Facebook, Twitter, etc.   You got some value from blogging but not enough.  The name will come to me yet.

I made the mistake of talking about Pinterest on a real estate network and got jumped by an SEO (search engine optimization ) EXPERT who I guess is also a social media expert.  Somehow it took some of the fun of Pinterest out of it for me.  The expert said Pinterest is the same as Facebook.  Really?

Pinterest’s TOS says it is not for business but I have included images from my real estate sites.  Gaming?  Photos of Columbus, Worthington, etc.

That other  site I was addicted to a few months ago  was Empire Avenue….

“ᏯᎪᏕᏟᎪᏞᏞᎽ ᏯᎪᏰᏰᎥᎢ ᏯᏋᎠᏁᏋᏕᎠᎪᎽ”  is tempting to me… @TheTAZZone (? nothing to do with Columbus, has to do with chaos….)  blipped a song which had nothing to do with wabbits or even rabbits as far as I can tell but said it was “ᏯᎪᏕᏟᎪᏞᏞᎽ ᏯᎪᏰᏰᎥᎢ ᏯᏋᎠᏁᏋᏕᎠᎪᎽ”  last Wednesday.

Maybe it’s been “ᏯᎪᏕᏟᎪᏞᏞᎽ ᏯᎪᏰᏰᎥᎢ ᏯᏋᎠᏁᏋᏕᎠᎪᎽ ” and I just did not know.

I am prone to grabbing onto gimmicks like that….  for something to blog about… I have a blog that shares posts about furnaces (or HVAC anyway) every Friday.  Or my “Rabbit, Rabbit, Rabbit” first thing on the first day of the month.  So I have rabbits to work with.  The white rabbit is one of my favorites. 

A “wabbit” is something to do with computers.  Malware but not that bad? 

I am MoInColumbusOH on Blip.fm and Twitter.  And elsewhere too I am sure.  Probably more places online than I remember.

Anyone in Columbus addicted to Empire Avenue?

Empire Avenue is “the social stock exchange.” I joined Empire Avenue in July, about two weeks ago. I don’t know my way around Empire Avenue but after only a couple of days I had to limit myself. Officially I am only allowed to visit Empire Avenue once a day for a very, very short time. I find myself checking… it is an addiction.

If Sara is a legitimate person in Ohio and has something to share… a thing to do in Columbus, Ohio she can add it on the ’365 Things to do in Columbus, Ohio’  Facebook page.   I think even if Sara is really just someone in Hoboken NJ (location pulled out of thin air) trying to make it look local, she can do that on Facebook, not on my contact form.  Or someone excited about your “daily deal” can do it for you…
