Decisions, decisions… Worthington or Powell tonight?
Tonight in Worthington is “Illuminating Shopping evening in downtown Worthington”
Tonight in Powell is First Thursday.
Worthington Jewelers shared a Worthington event on ’365 Things to Do In Columbus Ohio’ on Facebook yesterday… (link is in the sidebar on ColumbusBestBlog.com ) Not only is today, December 6, 2012 Worthington Jewelers 6th Annual Girls Night Out but it’s the annual “Illuminating Shopping evening in downtown Worthington.”
The post that Worthington Jewelers shared on ’365 Things to do in Columbus Ohio’ a Facebook page says of the Worthington event:
Thursday, December 6 from 6 to 9 p.m. is the annual Illuminating Shopping evening in downtown Worthington. The downtown area will be lit up with luminaries, there will be carriage rides and live music, and local merchants will offer holiday specials.
I don’t remember the “Annual Illuminating Shopping evening in downtown Worthington” from last year but the photo is from First Friday in Worthington last year in December… lights, luminaries, a carriage.
The details on the Worthington Jewelers Girls Night Out:
” Worthington Jewelers, is expecting 200+ women to attend its sixth annual Girls Night event. This woman-only shopfest features chocolate and other goodies, door prizes, gift bags and more. Doors open at 6 p.m. at 692 High Street in Worthington, with free valet parking.”
Thanks to Worthington Jewelers for adding the 2012 holiday event on ’365 Things to do in Columbus Ohio’ on Facebook. While the Worthington Jewelers event, a “shopfest” is “woman-only” the streets of Worthington are always welcoming for both genders.
Powell’s First Thursday in the scenic Delaware County stores will stay open until “at least 8 p.m. “ The first Thursday of every month is first Thursday in Powell. December being pre-Christmas and pre- Chanukah should be more festive.
