She was also very critical about back of the house staff in restaurants. It's ok to do that among your fellow waitstaff, but don't bash the cooks in a public forum. A food blog should be about food, eating, and cooking, and all of the joy associated. It should not include self-indulgent whining. Additionally, if one gains a degree of celebrity, one should be nice to their fans. She was a good blogger but not a personality.
